CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENCE
The laundromat is thoroughly cleaned throughout the day. We disinfect all common surfaces with a hospital grade disinfectant. Each of the washing machines has an ozone disinfectant system attached to it which claims to remove 99.9% of bacteria, mould and mildew.
We provide a broom, mop & bucket for any spillages.

LAUNDRY SERVICE INFORMATION
* Available Monday to Friday only and is subject to our availability. Bookings are required to be made in advance.
* Not available on public holidays unless by prior arrangement.
* 24 hr turnaround time.
*48 hr turnaround time for heavily soiled items that require pre-soaking.
* All pockets to be emptied.
* Not items with faeces, vomit or pet fur are allowed.
* Rubber backed items such as mattress protectors incur an additional fee of $10 per item
* All items to be in sealed garbage bags or our washable laundry bags that you can buy.
* Colours & whites are not separated by us. Additional fees occur if separate machines are required.
* No accounts are available. Payment in full prior to collection or drop-off.
* How to pay - direct deposit (OSKO payments only), cash or 1.6% card surcharge.
